Administrator Evaluation Process

Participants attending this academy will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Illinois Professional Leader Standards. Participants will learn
how to apply these standards to the administrative evaluation process. They will be able to experience working with case study scenarios and be
able to share promising practices in evaluation of administrators. Particpants will leave with exemplars and have the ability to incorporate them to
more effectively evaluate and support administrator professional growth in their district.

Outcomes:
 
1.  Participants will have a complete understanding of the Illinois Professional Leader Standards.
2.  Participants will learn about existing and exemplar evaluation processes and instruments as 
     they align with the current leader standards.
3.  Participants will become knowledgeable of the coaching process as a support for instructional 
     leaders.
4.  Participants will be able to develop a District Administrator Evaluation Framework.
