Labor Relations
NOTICE OF INTENT TO STRIKE/SUMMARY
A regular part of the information provided by the IASA is that of collective bargaining update activity from around the state. Activities are posted on this page immediately following the filing of the Notice of Intent to Strike by the local union with the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board.
Did you know . . . Section 1130.60 of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act rules provides "Within 60 days after a collective bargaining agreement has been reached, each educational employer shall file a copy of the agreement with the Board" (80 Illinois Administrative Code Section 1130.60). Just a reminder about a little known requirement.
You can mail your agreement hard copy to: Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board, 320 W. Washington Street, 2nd Floor, Suite 260 Springfield, IL 62701-1135
