Elevate Cohort

The goal of Elevate is to support and celebrate Women in Leadership and the profession of the Superintendency through a unique model that sparks creativity and connection.

Participants can expect engaging, thought-provoking sessions coupled with networking, collaborating and service toward the greater field of education as a part of this community of leaders! Our goal is for every female leader to have the tools necessary to provide better outcomes for students, staff, and themselves.

The Elevate cohort is led by Dr. Dawn Bridges, IASA Associate Director of Professional Learning, and facilitated by Dr. Carrie Hruby, superintendent of O'Fallon CCSD #90, and Dr. Crystal Johnson-Maden, superintendent of Rossville-Alvin CUSD #7.
