Did you know . . . Section 1130.60 of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act rules provides "Within 60 days after a collective bargaining agreement has been reached, each educational employer shall file a copy of the agreement with the Board" (80 Illinois Administrative Code Section 1130.60).
