The P-Card (Procurement Card) Program continues to grow each year. A popular benefit of the IASA, IASB, Illinois ASBO, and IPA sponsored program is the rebate that is given to each participating school district. Rebate amounts are based on the total volume each school spends.

In addition, the P-Card streamlines the purchasing process, reduces the purchase order paperwork, increases budget and internal controls, provides better reporting, and reduces the cost of making monthly payments to vendors. While it looks like a credit card, the P-Card does not have a revolving monthly credit. The balance is paid in full every month.
