Value of Lasting Leadership (AAC #806)
This course is about building great organizations through lasting leadership. Great organizations are built by the development of leaders who are ambitious first and foremost for the cause and the organization. Participants will learn about the cultivation of successors as they develop their potential leadership skills. The process of developing potential leaders includes character (being and becoming a moral example), Choices (thinking clearly and making wise decisions), Conduct (doing the right things consistently well), and Consequences (receiving the results of seeds we sow).Outcomes:-
Participants will understand and be able to apply the principles of science and art to leadership as they develop their leadership character traits and skills.

Participants will understand and be able to apply the principles of assessing team members to determine their strengths as potential leaders.

Participants will understand and be able to provide a program that invests in the assessment and mentoring of potential leaders.

Participants will understand that building a great organization proceeds with disciplined people, disciplined thought, disciplined action, and building greatness to last as leaders build a bridge for others to follow.
