• 2024 IASA Superintendents of Distinction

    Twenty-one superintendents across Illinois named 2024 Superintendents of Distinction were honored in May at a luncheon in Springfield. It was the 10th annual awards luncheon sponsored by Stifel, Illinois Association of School Administrators, Illinois State Board of Education and Illinois Principals Association.

    Superintendents of Distinction are selected by their peers in each of the 21 different IASA regions based on leadership, communication, professionalism and community involvement.

    “It is an honor to stand out among distinguished educators in your region and be selected for this honor,” said IASA Executive Director Dr. Brent Clark. “I applaud these leaders for everything they've done to enhance the learning environment for students and propel their districts forward. Their leadership has been a difference maker in their respective communities.”
