Principal Evaluation Tool

The IASA has developed a Principal Evaluation Tool that aligns with the new education reform laws as they pertain to the evaluation of principals and assistant principals. The tool is an Excel Spreadsheet that includes recommended procedures and forms. The user has the ability to customize the tool by selecting goals and giving weight to the goals. Once the data is entered into the tool, it scores the data and also saves the information.
