The Illinois Association of School Administrators is here to help you transition into the role of superintendent and will be with you each step of the way as you embark on this new journey. To help you hit the ground running, we have scheduled the IASA New Superintendents Conference for Monday, July 8 through Wednesday, July 10, 2024 in Springfield. A reception will be held on the evening of July 8 and the conference will be held the next two days. There is no charge to new superintendents to attend the Conference and all meals are provided. Registrants are responsible for housing. 

This in-person conference will cover a variety of topics including board relations, board meeting preparation, school finance, technology, media relations, school law and personal health.
