IASA's cohort model offers the best opportunity to network, build close relationships with peers, hear from high-level education speakers and grow both personally and professionally.

This cohort features two in-person sessions and six virtual sessions to make it easier for rural educators to participate.

Participants will hear from leaders from national education organizations, superintendents from other states and will have the opportunity to tour innovative schools. A discussion on education trends/research and opportunities to share successes and challenges with peers will be prioritized each session.

    What's Rural?

Rural is not exclusive to central and southern Illinois school districts. This cohort is open to districts across the state.
