Field Services Directors

The Illinois Association of School Administrators, in partnership with the Illinois State Board of Education, provides mentoring and support for new superintendents in their first three years. New superintendents are paired with a retired superintendent who serves as an IASA Field Services Director. The directors provide one-on-one mentoring, assistance and training that helps new superintendents succeed. IASA Field Services Directors are: Ralph Grimm, Dr. Gary Kelly, Dr. Brian Harris, Dr. Sheila Harrison-Williams, Diane Robertson and Dr. Victor Zimmerman.
